How Cash on Delivery (COD) Works:

1. Place your Order: Select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.

2. Confirmation: You may receive a quick WhatsApp message or call to confirm your address.

3. Dispatch: We pack your books carefully to prevent damage.

4. Delivery: The courier calls you when they are nearby.

5. Payment: You hand the cash to the delivery agent and receive your books.

1. Do you ship to my city?
Yes! If you are in Morocco, we ship to you. Whether you are in Casablanca or a small village in the Atlas Mountains, we will get the book to you.

2. How long does it take?

• Major Cities (Casa, Rabat, Marrakesh, etc.): Often 24-48 hours.

• Other Cities: 48-72 hours.

• Remote Areas: Up to 4 days.

3. Can I open the package before paying?
This depends on the specific courier agent delivering to your area. However, we guarantee that all our books are 100% Original Paperback. If you find any defect after opening, simply contact us for a replacement.

4. What if I am not home?
The delivery agent will try to call you. If you miss the delivery, they will usually try again the next day or leave it at the nearest delivery agency for pickup.
