Q: Are your books 100% Original?
A: Yes, absolutely. We sell original paperpack books. All our books are imported genuine editions from publishers in the UK, USA, and Europe. When you buy from Mabooko, you are paying for the real thing quality paper, clear text, and the smell of a real book.
Q: Why are your prices higher than some Instagram sellers?
A: Because we sell Originals. Many sellers offer “High Quality Copies” (pirated books) at lower prices. We choose to support authors and provide you with a durable book that lasts a lifetime, not a photocopy that falls apart.
Q: Do you have books in other languages?
A: Yes! We specialize in English, French, and Arabic books. Check our menu to browse by language.
Ordering & Payment
Q: How do I pay?
A: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the delivery agent only when you receive your package. It is 100% safe.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Delivery is 35 DH for a single book.
NB: If you order 2 books or more, delivery is FREE!
Q: Do you ship to Ait-Ben-Haddou?
A: Yes, we ship to all cities and towns in Morocco via Amana or Aramex or Ozon.
After the Order
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Usually 24 to 72 hours.
- Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakesh, Tangier: often within 24-48h.
- Other regions: 2-3 days.
Q: What if my book arrives damaged?
A: We pack carefully, but accidents happen. If your book arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to our WhatsApp immediately. We will exchange it for free.
