At Mabooko, we are readers too. We understand that buying a book online requires trust. That is why we offer a transparent policy to ensure you get exactly what you paid for: a high-quality, original paperback edition book.

– The “Originality” Guarantee

If you receive a book and believe it is a counterfeit printout, we will provide a Full Refund + Return Shipping Costs. (We are confident this won’t happen because we import directly from official publishers).

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the book must be:

Unused: It must look brand new.
Undamaged: No folded pages, broken spines, or coffee stains.
In Original Packaging: If the book came shrink-wrapped, it must remain sealed (unless there is a printing defect inside).

Note: We cannot accept returns for books that have visibly been read.

3. How to Request a Return

We make it easy. No need to fill out complex forms.

Send a Photo: Attach a picture of the book’s condition.
Ship it Back: We will guide you on how to send the package back to our warehouse via Amana/Aramex/Ozon.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your return and inspect it, you can choose:

Option A: Exchange (Fastest)
We send you a different book of the same value immediately. Perfect if you just changed your mind about the title.
Option B: Store Credit
We give you a voucher code for the full value to use on your next order.
Option C: Cash Refund
Since you paid Cash on Delivery, we cannot refund “Cash” instantly. We will refund you via Bank Transfer (RIB) or Wafacash/Cashplus within 3-5 business days after inspection.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Our Fault (Wrong book / Damaged / Defect): We pay for everything.
Change of Mind (You ordered the wrong book): You will be responsible for the return shipping fee (approx. 35 DH via Amana/Aramex/Ozon).
