1. General Conditions
By using Mabooko.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers. Our store is based in Morocco and operates under Moroccan trade laws.

2. The Mabooko “Originality” Contract
We guarantee that every book sold on our platform is a genuine, original paperback edition sourced from authorized publishers. By placing an order, you are entering a contract for the purchase of authentic goods. We do not deal in “copy” or “pirated” books.

3. Order Confirmation and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Order Agreement: When you place an order, it is considered a “Promise to Buy.”

  • Verification: We reserve the right to call or WhatsApp the customer to confirm the address before dispatching the book.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full (Cash) at the moment the courier hands you the package. Failure to pay at the door after confirmation may result in the customer being blacklisted from future orders.

4. Pricing and Errors
While we strive for 100% accuracy, our catalog contains over 200,000 titles. If a book is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you immediately.

5. Delivery Responsibility
Mabooko is responsible for your book until it is handed to the courier. We partner with Aramex, Amana, and Ozon. Delivery times (24-72 hours) are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will always assist you in tracking and receiving your package.

6. User Accounts
If you create an account at Mabooko, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to provide accurate information (Real name and Moroccan phone number) for delivery purposes.

7. Intellectual Property
The content on this website (text, logos, and the Mabooko brand) belongs to us. Book covers and descriptions are the property of their respective publishers and are used here for retail purposes.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes that cannot be settled through our customer support will be handled by the courts of Marrakesh.
