Costs & Timelines:
- Free shipping for orders over 250 MAD. (around 25$ or 25€)
- Orders under 250 MAD: A flat fee of 30 MAD applies.
- Delivery time, 24–48 hours 1-2 business days.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline:
- Shipping Cutoff Time : Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day . Orders after 2:00 PM are shipped the next business day .
- Weekend Orders : Orders placed Saturday/Sunday are shipped on Monday .
- Delivery Time : Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 24–48 hours (2 business days).
Order Confirmation:
- A confirmation whatsapp message is automatically sent when you place your order.
- No phone confirmation unless we require additional details (Address clarification).
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- If you select COD, ensure the exact order amount is ready when the delivery driver arrives.
- Drivers cannot process change or delays.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns accepted within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
